Blair High School Announcements

**Senior Video: Please get a copy of your senior picture, and baby picture, to Maddy Lacey, Kiley Gilbert, Erika Clark, Annie Dickinson or Mrs. Huff as soon as possible.  They can be hand delivered, or emailed to Kiley Gilbert at15gilbertkiley AT blairschools DOT org. Please submit other group photos you have with classmates throughout K-12 years.  We would like to have these as soon as possible. (28)


**The Yearbook staff will be taking club group photos on April 28, 29 and 30. Students should report to the main gym after checking in with their AEPs.

**Medical Career Club members- please plan on attending a short meeting after school next Tuesday, April, 28. We will discuss end of the year events. If you cannot attend the meeting, please see Nurse Turner to get signed up for the last events of the school year. (28)


**National Honor Society officer applications are now available on the BHS NHS website for all current junior members.  Officer applications are due May 5th in the School Counseling Office. (27)


**FBLA: Volunteers are needed to call for the community Red Cross Blood Drive. We will call on Tuesday, April 28, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. If you can help, please sign the list outside Room 305. 1 point--points count for next year!! (28)


**The National Honor Society meeting scheduled for this week has been postponed. It will be held on Thursday, April 30 at 3:30 pm or Friday, May 1st at 7:50 am. (24)


**PROM GOERS: If you would like to purchase the DVD of the photo booth pictures the cost is $5.00. You need to order by Friday, April 24. See Mrs. Baker in Room 304 to order. (24)



 All library materials from seniors need to be returned by Friday, May 8.

  Library materials from all students are due back to the library by Friday, May 15.


**UNO Science Center Open House​

UNO's Departments of Chemistry, Geography, Geology, Mathematics, and Physics are sponsoring an open house for students and parents
learn about science majors at 
​the University of Nebraska at ​

​ is being held​
 at the Durham Science Center on the UNO campus Saturday, April 25th from 10am-1pm.
​ ​
There will be interactive demonstrations and activities as well as information about courses of study in each field.  Students will be able to meet with faculty, staff, and current UNO students. Refreshments will be provided.


**Seniors:  Your Google Accounts (Drive, email, etc.) and your school server account will be disabled after graduation.  If there is information in those that you would like to keep after graduation, please plan ahead to transfer it.  We will not be able to retrieve any of those documents after you graduate.  You will receive a form in AEP explaining how to transfer your Drive information.  Please see Mrs. Macholan if you need help. **There will be a meeting on Thursday, April 30th at 7:30 a.m. in the high school auditorium for all 8th-11th grade girls interested in volleyball for the 2015 season to discuss volleyball league and camp opportunities for the summer.   (29)

BHS Students Learn at DeSoto
