Blair Community Schools Early Childhood Program
The Blair Community Schools provide early childhood programming for children age 5 and below who have been identified as having special needs. Children who display delays in learning, coordination, emotional development, language and speech development, or have physical, visual, or hearing impairments may qualify to receive free assistance through the school district.
