Family Treasures
In Social Studies Mrs. Brummer's 2nd graders have been learning about the past and “Family Treasures.” Students brought in “Family Treasures” to share with the class! The treasures ranged from a cookbook from 1805 to a blanket passed down from mother to daughter. We learned that treasures are more than just gold, they are things that mean a lot to us and may have been handed down from generation to generation.
