First Grade Reader's Theater
Students in Mrs. Samson’s first grade classroom recently began participating in Reader’s Theater activities. During their literacy station time they have practiced and reenacted the story, "The Sleeping Pig", for their classmates. Simple masks were created to help tell the story. Reader’s Theater is used to develop and strengthen fluency and expression in reading.
