Grandparents Visit South School
The students in Mrs. Andersen’s classroom had the chance to interview their grandparents or special guest for Grandparent’s Day. Each child had a sucker wrapped in foil which acted as a microphone. They asked their grandparents questions like: What was your favorite subject in school? Who was your 2nd grade teacher? What did you like to do at recess? How did your school discipline those that misbehaved? The students then shared the results with others in their room as they enjoyed their microphones (suckers).
