New Student Registration
Please read the following information if you are going to be registering new at Blair High School for the 2008-2009 school year. If you have any questions please call the Blair High School Counseling Center at 402-427-2888.





New Student Registration Day
August 4, 2008
9:00 am - 7:00 pm
(No
appointment necessary)
The following items are required to enroll at Blair High School:
1. Parent/Guardian must live in the Blair School District
2.
A certified copy of student’s transcript showing any credits
earned

this form to the Blair High School Registrar by July 25th in
order for records to be requested prior to August 4th. The form can
be mailed to PO Box 288 or faxed to 402-426-4949.
3. Bring the student's state issued certified birth certificate

Bring a copy of the student's health records:

Minimum
Requirements for School Entrance: |
*If you moved from out of state, students must
have a physical and vision examination within 6 months prior to
entrance. A grace period of thirty
(30) days from the date of enrollment is allowed for compliance
with the physical & vision examination
requirements.
*Students
must have the Hepatitis B immunization to start
school
