Request for Transcript Record
Any alumni needing a copy of their Blair High School Transcript can do so by completing the Authorization for Release of School Records Form. The completed form can then be:
1. mailed to Blair Community Schools, Box
288, Blair NE 68008, or
2. faxed to 402.426.3110, or
3. e-mailed to Diana Stier, or
4. stop by the Administration Office at 140
S 16th, in Blair
